Getting the crew through the gate
Nearly all of Hidden Hills is one guard-gated community, and the Hidden Hills Community Association runs the gates. Its manual has residents list their contractors with project dates, officers log each worker by name, and anyone not on the list can be held up at every entry. The rules don't name junk crews, so we plan as contractors unless the Association says otherwise. If the owner has passed away, work out early who will speak to the Association for the estate. Send us that person's name when you book.
Choosing your day
- Most service vehicles: weekdays 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturdays: the gate manual bars large commercial vehicles, and the Association's documents differ on the hours, so confirm before booking.
- Sundays and holidays: no contractors, even for an estimate.
- Round Meadow Gate: no entry before 9 a.m. while school is in session.
We're open 24 hours, but here the gate sets the schedule.
Why these homes take longer
City housing records show one-acre minimum lots, and more than half the homes date from before 1970. Fifty years of belongings don't stay in one room. Expect any guest house, ADU or outbuildings to need their own walkthrough, along with the main house.

What it costs
Each truck is priced by how much of it your load fills: $225 for an eighth, $325 for a quarter, $490 for a half, $635 for three-quarters and $745 for a full truck. A whole-home estate often takes several trucks. Send photos of every room and outbuilding, and you'll hear the price before we start.

How much does an estate cleanout cost in Hidden Hills?
It goes by volume, from $225 to $745 per truck. Lot size doesn't change the rate, but a long carry from an outbuilding can affect the price. You'll get the number before any work starts.
Can you give an estimate on a Sunday?
Not on site. The Association doesn't allow contractors on Sundays or holidays, even just to give an estimate. Text us photos, and we can price it from those.
Can we use a dumpster instead?
Possibly. Association rules allow roll-off bin drop-off and pickup on weekdays only, and an oversize bin must stay on the property unless you have an encroachment permit. Tell us your driveway layout first.
