Plan around the roads
The Pacific Palisades Community Council has described Castellammare, Paseo Miramar, the Highlands and Marquez Knolls as hillside areas with narrow streets and few ways in. Rebuilding has brought road work and more contractor trucks too. Send us your street name and a photo of the driveway. We'd rather plan it right than block your neighbor.
If the home survived the fire
The January 2025 Palisades Fire destroyed 6,845 structures. If you're clearing out a parent's home that made it through, take your time with what's inside. Go through keepsakes first, and tell us if anything has smoke damage. We take fire debris but not hazardous waste, so check the rules for your property with the City or County first.
Paperwork for the family
Under LA Superior Court rules, most probate cases in the county are filed and heard at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse downtown, not locally. An attorney can tell you whether your case qualifies for something simpler. For us, the key question is who has the authority to clear the house. Get that settled before anything leaves.

We were on a job in Pacific Palisades on July 14, 2026. Expensive properties don't deserve courtesy more than modest ones, and modest properties don't deserve it less. The service should be the same.
What you'll pay
Each truck is priced by how much of it your load fills: $225 for an eighth, $325 for a quarter, $490 for a half, $635 for three-quarters and $745 for a full truck. You'll hear the price before we start, including anything the stairs or a long carry add.

Are you allowed in the Palisades without a pass?
The city says passes are no longer needed to enter. If that changes, or if a street is closed for work, we'll plan around it.
Can you work on a Sunday?
City construction and demolition hours don't include Sundays, so we'd keep any noisy work to Monday through Saturday. Call us, and we'll figure out what's possible.
