Why you can't fill it to the top

Concrete and dirt are very heavy. One cubic yard of broken concrete weighs about 2,500 lbs. One yard of dirt is about 2,400 lbs.

A full load of household junk often weighs about the same as one yard of concrete. So heavy loads only go about 1 to 1.5 feet deep.

Most loads top out around 4 cubic yards. Past that, the trailer is too heavy to tow safely.

You load it, or we load it

  • You load it: pay the dumpster price above.
  • We load it: the dumpster price plus labor. Call or text for a quote.

We haul away concrete that's already broken up. We don't jackhammer slabs or tear out driveways. Ask your contractor for that part.

Tips that save money

  • Spread heavy pieces across the floor of the dumpster. Don't pile them in one corner.
  • Keep trash and junk out of a concrete or dirt load.
  • Wet dirt weighs more. Keep the pile covered if rain is coming.
